By accessing our website and booking our tour services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Tour Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message from us.
- Please provide accurate information including cruise ship name, arrival date, and number of guests.
- Prices are per person unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- We accept payments through PayPal.
- All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
- Payment processing is handled securely by our payment partners.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
100% Cruise Ship Dock Guarantee
If your cruise ship fails to dock at Roatán for any reason beyond your control (weather, mechanical issues, port closure), you will receive a FULL 100% refund.
- 48+ hours before tour: Full refund minus processing fees
- 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund (except for dock failure)
- No-show: No refund

5. On-Time Return Guarantee
We guarantee that you will return to your cruise ship on time. Our tour schedules are designed specifically for cruise ship passengers, and we monitor departure times closely. If for any reason attributable to us you miss your ship, we will cover reasonable costs to reunite you with your cruise at the next port.
6. Tour Modifications
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives or refunds at our discretion.
7. Participant Responsibilities
- Arrive at the meeting point on time as specified in your confirmation.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by our guides.
- Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before the tour.
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear as recommended for each tour.
- Respect local wildlife, environment, and cultural sites.
- Behave responsibly and not engage in any illegal activities.
8. Health and Safety
- Some tours involve physical activities that may not be suitable for everyone.
- Please review tour descriptions for activity levels and requirements.
- Participants with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it poses a safety risk.
9. Liability Limitations
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in our tours is at your own risk. Monkey Lala Tours Roatán shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of nature, or the actions of third parties.
10. Photography and Media
By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Monkey Lala Tours Roatán and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Honduras. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Honduras.
